STIT data deletion request

You can request deletion of your account and related data here or by email, even after uninstalling STIT. Reinstalling the app is not required to submit a request.
How to request deletion
Provide a reply email and the data you want deleted. You may request all account data or selected data, such as a support inquiry. If you still use the app, you can also contact us through its inquiry feature.
An email address alone may not identify an anonymous account. Include a previous inquiry reference or date if you know it. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, government ID numbers or identity documents.
Scope and verification
After verifying your relationship to the data, we review and delete the requested anonymous account and device associations, favorites, push tokens, usage records and support information. If we cannot identify the relevant records, we will explain what additional information is needed and what can be processed.
We will email the outcome. If any data must be retained, for example due to a legal requirement, we will explain the data, reason and retention period. Disabling an account is not treated as completed data deletion.
Support inquiry records can currently be deleted from our server by an operator. Requests for an entire account or other usage records require a separate review of the linked data and the scope we can process. This page does not automatically delete all data immediately.
Deleted data and retention
Deleting a support inquiry removes its reply email, message, submission IP, linked account/device information and reply from the operational inquiry database, with no additional retention in that database. Automated operational database backups expire within 7 days. Account and usage records outside your request remain while their processing purpose under the privacy policy continues. If a legal retention exception applies, we will identify the data, legal basis and period.
